SI Literacy stations

Senior Infants have been working really hard in their Literacy stations.  Here there are practicing their tricky words, sounding out 3 letter words and working on their rhyming skills

National Tree Day

Here are some pic of Seniors investigating all our beautiful school trees. We saw a spider eating a fly and the cows enjoyed learning about the Ash and Sequia trees! Susie and Keelin ( who's mum is called Susan) found a tree whose name was Susan also!
After we looked at our beautiful trees we explored different leaf shapes and textures. We then did some leaf rubbings which we loved!
