Sixth class visited Joseph Walsh exhibition in Sept.
Sixth class went on a foraging walk with naturopath, Mrs.Louise Buckley. They looked in native hedgegrows for different ecosystems, signs of biodiversity and they studied haws, hazelnuts, ferns and native tree species. They also sampled some blackberries!

6th Class went litter picking on the steep hill up from the school. The bad news is there was that there was lots of litter to pick up but the good news is that thanks to the eagle eyed pupils all of it was picked up instead of destroying the beautiful local environment.

Sixth class had fun creating designs with Tinkercad and thingyverse on iPads before using the new 3D printer. This was kindly donated to our school by iWish through parent advocacy. Have a look at their creations!
6th Class had golf lessons.
